Ariana loves fashion and would love to become a fashion designer in the future. Ariana’s favourite subject at school is science and on the weekends she attends a course at The Fashion School in Chelsea where Ariana learns to make patterns and upcycle clothing, some of which can be seen in her editorial feature shot by mum and photographer Syarifah.

What is the best part about being a model? My favourite bit about being a model is the clothes. I love fashion and it’s so interesting every time to see the clothes I’ll be wearing.
Which has been your favourite shoot to date? My favourite shoot was in Romania for Little Cuties. The shoot was by the seaside and so much fun.
Was there any standout or funny moments from your shoot with Mum? My friend also came on the shoot and during the shoot, we went to all the food stalls around Portobello market and got lots of food samples. So much yummy food.
If you could work with any brand which would be top on your list? I’d love to work with a designer brand like Gucci. The recent campaigns are very retro and vintage looking.
Which is your top fashion magazine/blog? Am always reading my mums Vogue magazines.
Which are your favourite fashion brands? Urban outfitters because they use bright patterns and colours.
Which models do you look up to for inspiration? Gigi and Bella Hadid, because of their activism for causes they are passionate about.
Who is your favourite actor and actress? Ellen Pompeo from Gray’s Anatomy. Her acting is so authentic.
What is your favourite item in your closet? My leather blazer, definitely!
Who is your role model? My mentor Grace who goes to my school, and is a sixth former. Mentors are older students that we talk about anything. She’s like an unofficial counsellor. Apart from this she also has an amazing fashion sense. Grace is really nice to talk to and always makes me smile :))
If you could have 3 wishes, what would they be?
-To meet the original cast of Grey’s Anatomy
-Be super-rich
-Be super smart
If you could meet anyone in the world who would it be? Ellen Pompeo of course!
What is your biggest dream? To become a fashion designer or a trauma surgeon.
What do you like to do in your spare time? Illustrate clothes and baking
What is the last book your read? A Charmed Life.
What is your favourite track on your playlist? Traitor by Olivia Rodrigo
Outside of school do you take any further classes or lessons? Singing and swimming
What are your favourite subjects at school? Science
