On February 8–9, 2026, the biannual Children’s Show returned to New York for its fifth edition, marking a meaningful milestone for the industry’s leading trade event dedicated to children’s and babies’ fashion and lifestyle. Hosted once again at Chelsea Industrial, the show opened its doors to a dynamic two days of business, creativity, and connection.

Top buyers and industry professionals filled their calendars with back-to-back appointments as leading global and U.S. brands unveiled their FW2026/27 collections. The atmosphere was focused yet electric — a true reflection of a market that continues to evolve while staying rooted in quality and innovation.

Day one culminated in the highly anticipated runway show, now a beloved tradition within the kids’ fashion community. Buyers, industry insiders, influencers, parents, and, of course, the adorable mini models gathered to celebrate the new season in style. The runway concluded with a cocktail reception, offering a moment to toast both the collections and the community that continues to shape this vibrant industry. At the entrance, Junior Style welcomed guests with a striking “Masquerade” themed display, setting the tone with theatrical flair and creative storytelling.

On day two, alongside a full schedule of buyer meetings, the Children’s Show hosted a seminar in collaboration with trend forecasting agency LIVETREND. Key upcoming trends were identified and explored through an innovative, interactive format. In a refreshing twist, looks previously showcased on the runway were analyzed from a trend perspective — not just described in words, but brought to life on real models, creating a tangible bridge between forecasting and product.
Once again, the presence of mini models added warmth and authenticity to the professional setting. Their energy was a gentle reminder that beyond the strategies, forecasts, and sales targets, everything in children’s fashion ultimately begins and ends with the children themselves.

Throughout the show, Junior Style ambassadors moved across the venue, interviewing brand representatives and capturing exclusive insights. Stay tuned to Children’s Show social media channels to be the first to discover their highlights and behind-the-scenes impressions from this milestone edition.
