At Monnalisa HQ, Haven and Aleksandra met Diletta Iacomoni, Creative Director of Monnalisa, stepping into the heart of both the creative and technical processes. One of the key intentions of this visit was to allow Haven to experience firsthand — and to show the next generation — that fashion is far more than modeling. It is a multifaceted industry offering diverse career paths, from design and product development to merchandising, marketing, logistics, and brand direction.
Under Diletta’s guidance, each collection begins with a clear vision and evolves step by step through research, collaboration, and carefully considered decisions. From initial sketches and fabric sourcing to sample development, production planning, and global distribution, every stage is precisely coordinated to meet Monnalisa’s exacting standards. The archives — preserving decades of collections — play a fundamental role, connecting heritage with innovation and guiding each new season forward.
