Brave Kid Brings the Future of Luxury Children’s Fashion to New York with Spring/Summer 2027 Showcase
There are moments in fashion that quietly signal a shift.
Not because they are louder or grander than everything that came before them, but because they bring together the right people, the right vision, and the right city at exactly the right moment.
On July 25, New York became the backdrop for one of those moments.
In a landmark collaboration between Brave Kid, Junior Style, and Children’s Show, the Italian luxury childrenswear powerhouse unveiled its Spring/Summer 2027 collections, transforming a sunlit loft in Manhattan’s iconic Flatiron District into an inspiring stage where the future of children’s fashion came to life.
More than a runway presentation, it was an immersive experience that united global brands, international talent, buyers, media, and industry leaders around a shared vision for the future of luxury childrenswear in the United States. It also marked an important milestone—not only for Brave Kid’s growing presence in the American market, but for Children’s Show as it introduced a new chapter focused on producing world-class fashion events.

The House Behind Some of Fashion’s Biggest Names
For more than six decades, Brave Kid has been shaping the future of luxury children’s fashion. As part of the renowned OTB Group, the Italian company has established itself as one of the industry’s most influential players, translating the unmistakable DNA of some of the world’s most celebrated fashion houses into collections designed exclusively for children.
Its philosophy extends far beyond creating miniature versions of adult fashion. Every collection is thoughtfully developed to preserve the creative identity of each brand while embracing the freedom, comfort, movement, and spontaneity that define childhood.
That vision came to life throughout the New York showcase.
Rather than presenting eight separate collections, the runway unfolded as one carefully choreographed story, seamlessly moving between distinct creative identities while maintaining one elegant narrative from beginning to end.
Guests discovered the Spring/Summer 2027 collections from:
Diesel
MM6 Maison Margiela
Dsquared2
Marni
N21
Max&Co.
Balmain
Amiri
Each collection brought its own unmistakable character while contributing to a beautifully balanced presentation. Diesel delivered its signature urban confidence, MM6 Maison Margiela explored modern minimalism with an experimental edge, and Dsquared2 infused the runway with bold energy and attitude. Marni embraced artistic expression through playful colour and silhouette, while N21 offered contemporary elegance with refined simplicity. Max&Co. introduced effortless sophistication, Balmain showcased its iconic Parisian glamour, and Amiri closed the presentation with its unmistakable blend of relaxed Californian luxury and elevated craftsmanship.
Together, the collections demonstrated Brave Kid’s unique ability to preserve the individuality of each fashion house while creating a portfolio that feels both cohesive and unmistakably luxurious.

Where the Real Magic Happened
While the runway captivated the audience, the real magic unfolded behind the scenes.
Backstage became far more than a place of preparation—it was a world of its own. Filled with excitement, anticipation, laughter, last-minute adjustments, and quiet words of encouragement, it perfectly reflected the spirit of children’s fashion.
Working with young talent requires a different perspective. For the adults involved, a fashion show may be another production, another deadline, another project successfully completed. For many of the children, however, it becomes something far more meaningful. These are the moments that become lifelong memories. For some, it was their very first professional runway. For others, it was the beginning of friendships that crossed continents, the discovery of newfound confidence, or the realization that dreams really can begin on a runway. Those experiences deserve to be supported with as much care and respect as the collections themselves.
That philosophy has always been at the heart of Junior Style.
Once again, children from around the world came together to participate in the show, bringing remarkable diversity, personality, and talent to the runway. Their professionalism, confidence, and joy became a powerful reminder of what makes the Junior Style community so unique—a truly international platform where young people from different cultures are united through creativity, fashion, and shared experiences.
The event also marked an exciting evolution for Children’s Show. Building on its reputation as a respected industry trade show, the platform is now expanding into the production of international fashion events that create meaningful connections between luxury brands, buyers and media.
As the final looks disappeared backstage and the applause filled the room, the celebration continued with a cocktail reception, giving guests the opportunity to connect, reflect on the evening, and celebrate the winners of the Junior Style Awards.
It was the perfect ending to a day that was about far more than unveiling new collections. It was a celebration of creativity, collaboration, international talent, and a shared belief that the future of children’s fashion is brightest when visionary brands, passionate creatives, and extraordinary young people come together.
On July 25, New York wasn’t simply hosting another fashion show. It was witnessing the beginning of a new chapter.
