Growing Oak: Jackalo Wandering Soul

“Wandering Souls”

We have been igniting our inner wandering souls this summer by staying in a beautiful caravan at Walcot Hall, nestled in wilds of Shropshire hills while wearing the perfect sustainable unisex brand Jackalo.

Only reachable by foot, our adventurous journey leads us on secret pathways through an enchanting Arboretum with hidden quirky gems at every corner. Submerged into a transcendental childhood fairy tale with never-ending animated pages.

Oak believed this alluring place was touched by magic especially when we found an adorable tree creeper bird making a home inside a glass, which we treated with kindness.

Universally balanced we are grateful to conscientious family-run brand Jackalo for enabling us to fully appreciate the natural beauty surrounding us and feel at peace with mother earth.

Beautiful environmentalist soul Marianna Sachse believes in changing the way we look at the world, at our clothes, and the impact we have and has implemented a sustainable circular program – care – repair – reuse – resell. They encourage families to send their old outgrown Jackalo organic play clothes back, where they will be washed, repaired, upcycled and resold.

We are no strangers to Jackalo and are again completely spellbound by the workmanship quality and endearing colours woven into each signature piece.

The quaint vintage French worker style Billie jacket matched handsomely with the perfectly lengthen Nickie shorts in organic blue cotton twill which have an exquisite detailed elasticated waistband & pockets large enough for free-spirited Oak to collect his natural treasures.

They are the perfect luxurious play clothes giving Oak plenty of freedom to wander inquisitively and play amongst his natural playground for the week.

Jackalo, we salute you for leaving the world a better place for future generations.
