The youth are the future and they are showing up and speaking up for all to hear! This project is one filled with awe for the strength and wisdom that our youth hold and to recognise the power that they possess as they experience and adapt to all that is happening in this world. As if being a kid isn’t challenging enough without all of the current events to take things up a thousand notches!
Sharing our stories reminds us that we are not alone, our community encourages us and uplifts us, this is a way for young people near and far to share their voice and perspectives with each other and the world.
Meet nine-year-old Madison.
Nine-year-old Madison from New Jersey aka Redlilmissy is a natural red hair model, conscious social media influencer and natural hair awareness advocate…… and the best little sister. Modelling has helped Madison with confidence and this nine-year-old has set her sights on working in Hollywood when she is older.
Madison loves reading, gaming and playing the flute. She has lots of energy and loves being silly, playing outside when possible, learning new things like how to cook and gardening. Madison loves helping people and giving back to charities.
Madison has modelled since she was a baby and has been featured in hair and toy adverts, as well as a number of brand campaigns over the years, including Jordan, Old Navy, American Girl, Footlocker & many more. Madison has also been in various magazines and on TV.
Madison shares natural hair tips on her social media channels and is a natural hair pride advocate. She has also done a lot of online ad campaigns for hair brands. To keep up to date with Madison, follow @redlilmissy
