Man’s Best Friend: Paxton Beau and His Dog Baloo

Larissa Bazile mother of Paxton Beau is originally from Berlin, Germany and now living on the East coast, with her husband Sterling, Paxton and their pomeranian Baloo. “This is the cutest I’ve seen all day,” is the common reaction of pedestrians seeing Paxton walk our dog, Baloo. Baloo is our five-year-old, grey mini Pomeranian and is the sweetest Pom you’ll meet.  Pax and Baloo’s bond is becoming stronger each day, to the point that we can’t leave without “Baba” because “he’s sad” as Pax will explain to us in the most concerned, little voice anytime we try to run an errand without Baloo in tow. Pax will also sneak him out since he is the one that needs to shut the door at all times and he often uses this opportunity to keep the door open just long enough for Baloo to slip out.

During our walks, Pax is in total charge. He is the one that decides whether or not another dog is trustworthy enough for “his little Baba” to say Hi to. He will make sure to keep a tight grip on him when there’s a dog that Pax feels is too big for Baloo and Pax is also the one deciding if people are allowed to pet him or not. If anyone tells him “so cute” Pax will happily answer “that’s my little Baba”. Now if he’d only pick up after him as well I would be all set but instead, Pax will just point and demand “‘mama pick up yucky poopy!” Haha! Pax and Baloo do anything together from sharing ice cream to taking baths, they sure enjoy their company!

Now to their outfits: Baloo is wearing his messy fur that’s overdue for a groom (send me a groomer anyone?!)

Pax is wearing a shirt and drop crotch harem shorts from Nununu one of our personal favourite brands. For me, I love Nununu for their quality, style and fit! This fun splatter print is new from the new summer collection.  I’ve added a varsity jacket from the winter collection of Haus of JR as it’s perfect for chilly spring weather and adds extra style to any look! Paxton’s shoes are Veja sneakers from our go to shoe shop Munchkin et Moi and are available in many other colours but I loved this plain neutral look as it goes with anything. The Mickey Mouse cap, a favourite of Pax’s is by H&M ….adult section I believe, though Pax’s hair is big enough for him to wear it! 😉
