Rock ‘n’ Ice cream, the perfect combination of fashionable clothes, retro ambience and sweet treats!
Q & A with Natalie Sartisson:
JS: You feature just one clothing brand in the Rock ‘n’ Ice cream, Korean label Airfish, why did you decide to use Airfish in the editorial?
NS: The new Airfish collection with its sweet names such as « Strawberry Dress » and « Banana Skirt » had me thinking of sweet treats and ice cream! I love the labels retro vibe!
JS: How did you choose the location for the shoot?
NS: The retro feel was undeniable so it was a given that I had to take those clothes to a vintage location. There is a perfect ice cream parlour in the heart of one of Montreal’s busiest neighbourhoods with a definite fifties vibe.
JS: I bet the models loved the location.
NS: Oh, the fun it was for the girls as they were able to help themselves to homemade salted caramel ice cream or the chocolate chip version! They loved the sweet treats!
