With the Children back at school we usually start to think about getting ready for Autumn/Winter. However, with the sun still shining on us it’s hard for us to think about winter woolies, cords and raincoats!
So with this in mind it’s somewhat easier to keep in with the warm weather and lighter clothing and look ahead to whats to come next Summer!
This post will start a series of Sneak Peeks into SS15 collections……….. However, if you follow us on INSTAGRAM you will be the first to see the collections as I visit the brands, showrooms and pr companies and highlight my favourite pieces in the many collections I will see or have seen.
………I can’t believe we are thinking that far ahead right now as its only just the end of SS14!!
So lets get started!
Being half Danish I adore all things Scandinavian, for many different reasons but generally the design and quality are second to none.
So kicking off this post is a sneak peek of Little Remix, a children’s fashion brand that has sprung from Swedish Designer Charlottle Eskildsen’s, womenswear brand Designers Remix.
Little Remix is a clothing line for 6 – 16 year old girls which is cool, modern and chic…… all the elements of the adult label Designers Remix.

Next up, a little peek at some designs from Danish brand Soft Gallery SS15.
Trine Holt Moller & Barbara Hvidt the founders of Soft Gallery collaberate every season with new artists and create simple and stylish clothing accessories and homewares. Designs include hand embroidery, seqiuns and striking illustrations. I’m planning to buy some of the lovely cushions from the AW14 collection.

This leads us nicely on to Gardner and the Gang, a cool, playful, funky Scandinavian brand. Gardner and the Gang is designed by Swedish Graphic Designer Kristin Nystrom. The brand has recently extended their age range and design childrens clothing from 9 months to 8 years which i am very pleased about and can’t wait to get my hands on some items for my son!

A favourite brand in our household, is Scotch and Soda and I always look forward to seeing the new collections. There is Scotch Shrunk for the boys and Scotch R’belle for the girls.
The cool, unique designs all offer bags of detail and it’s also a brand which takes its direction from the main line Adult ranges. I also find the brand very hardwearing, as I am now able to pass on items to my youngest son, which my eldst son wore a few years back and they still look current and cool!

Whimisigirl is a lovely little brand I came across first on Pinterest a while back and then via my friends over at Circus London Pr more recently. Whimsigirl’s designs are classic, stylish and look very comfortable. I am so looking forward to seeing more of the collection shortly and showing you all.

I am loving Los Angeles based footwear brand AKID and their funky styles.
The cool kids boots, sneakers and high tops have graced the feet of many celeb kids recently and I am loving the Snake’ slip ons. Here, we have a young boy doing some funky dance move in a pair of AKID’s SS15 range.

Last but not least we bring to you a little peek of New Wellington boot company Mooi en Lief, who design boots for children and teens. Mooi en Lief work with international artists and more recently our friend Tolly Dolly Posh, to create unique designs and give you a twist on the traditional welly boot!
