“April showers bring May flowers”

In the United Kingdom and Ireland, the month of April is traditionally known as a rainy month, where we can experince in one day, springtime sunshine and then in the next moment, heavy showers or even wintery sleet! Apparently, it is all to do with the position of the jet stream!
