Q & A with photographer Amber Eggleden:
JS: How did you come up with the concept?
AE: The concept behind this editorial comes from Jess the creative director on the shoot. Jess put forward the mood board which I fell in love with.
JS: Can you tell me a little more about the concept?
AE: The shoot is about remembering children’s playful curiosity, the ability to fully immerse in a medium and not be afraid to get messy. Something creative will always come out of it.
JS: Is there a takeaway moment from the shoot?
AE: Working with Kayeon and Tiarna was so much fun they were so easy to work with the whole day was a breeze! Kayeon got really into decorating his face and making his own mark using the stickers, which I loved!
