French Romance For My Little Valentine

blog af valentinesday introIt seems that the French have invented Valentine’s day. You shouldn’t be surprised, as France is known as a country of Romance.

The day of romance known as Valentine’s Day is named for a Christian Martyr. There are various stories about the Valentines that belonged to February 14,

but the Valentine’s day tradition, truly started when Charles, the Duke of Orleans wrote the 1st recorded Valentine’s note to his lover, while detained in the Tower of London after being captured at the Battle of Agincourt in 1415.
Since then many people are exchanging cards, flowers, gifts…

Some French children’s brands have also thought of your little-ones.

Why not offer some “hearts” to your little Valentines…

Orchestra has launched a complete and affordable range full of hearts called “Les Jolis Coeurs”.
