Infantuim Victoria present their AW17 collection – Labyrinth.
Celebrating global citizenship and the power of individuals working together in harmony for the greater good. From two seemingly unrelated phenomena – the Skyline and the Ant- Labyrinth boldly asks: What insights can modern society glean from the humble, yet exquisitely harmonious social order of ants?
Using the already established signature black foundation of the collections that have preceded the Labyrinth collection, Infantuim Victoria introduces an original Tartan print, which can be seen in bows and full skirts of the collection.
A stylised skyline motif features stitched together cityscapes from Paris, New York, Dubai, Moscow and London. This stunning motif is featured on quilted jackets, skirts, tops and pants in the new collection. The skyline sweater features the Dehli skyline, a homage to the site of the sweater’s production.
Borrowing from traditional Mao Naga winter costume, raw organic cotton is employed in the padding of the skyline pieces resulting in lightweight yet windproof apparel.
Unisex pieces include padded skyline trousers, long sleeved jackets and sleeveless vests.
