Junior Style Xmas Feature Entry Form

There are 4 steps below to submit your entry:

1. Enter Model's Details.
2. Enter Parent/Guardian's Details.
3. Upload one image (jpg or png under 5MB).
4. Make payment - there is a £35 processing fee.

• You can upload one image only.
• We will only accept a jpg or png image with a maximum file size of 5MB.
• We will not accept an image that contain watermarks or text.
