The daisy is a delightful sign that spring has arrived and summer is on its way. The flower is also synonymous with the New York designer Marc Jacobs and for the SS19 capsule collection, the daisy has been reimagined and brought to life in an oversized, hand-drawn style that decorates the entire collection.
The spring symbol can be found on everything from tracksuits (as worn by Mabel Chee, below left), denim pants, dresses, footwear and translucent raincoats. The mini-me styles are fun and wearable – perfect additions to your mini fashionista’s wardrobe. We love the bold daisy print which is animated by the chic colour palette of red, white and blue.

Little Marc Jacobs has recruited American Ava Ryan, the little Instagram star with the big voice, to front its Spring/Summer campaign. She invites us into a universe that is colourful, girly and playful. Ava’s witty and whacky parody of Anna Wintour propelled her onto the world stage last year, keeping company with some of the most significant comedic young influencers in the world of the web. It is through this platform that Ava came to be the new face of the kids’ collection of one of fashion’s most outspoken designers. Filmed during the photo shoot for the FW18 and SS19 collections, Ava is seen brazenly imitating supermodels with great comic effect.
