Eleven-year-old Scarlett Rose McFadden lives in Spain and loves fashion, makeup and photography.ย Scarlett has been modelling for three months and has just signed with a couple of agencies in Spain and the Netherlands and would love to gain representation with a modelling agency in the UK. Last week Scarlett walked in a runway show for Russian brand Stefania Pinyagina in Marbella and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and now dreams of walking in London Fashion Week.
Scarlett enjoys gymnastics and hip hop dance as hobbies and her favourite subjects at school are Maths and Art.

Which modelling agency are you represented by? This month I have signed with a couple of agencies in Spain and the Netherlands and I hope one day I will be represented by an agency in London. ย My dream would be to walk in London Fashion Week!
Why did you decide to start modelling? I love fashion, make-up and photography so I did a summer camp week with a local modelling school in Marbella in the summer holidays. It was just for fun but I loved it so much I thought I would like to continue doing it. ย We did photo shoots, fashion classes, make-up lessons and a catwalk show at the end of the week, I especially loved doing the catwalk.
What is the best part about being a model? ย Wearing different clothes, having your hair and makeup done in different styles and hopefully getting to travel and meet interesting people.
Which has been your favourite shoot to date? My shoot with Shelley is probably my favourite as it was at my house and my dog Harvey is in some of the photos. It was quite hard as it was a FaceTime shoot but Shelley was so nice and patient and made it as easy as possible for me. ย I also did an agency portfolio shoot in a studio with Ian Boddy which was great fun.
If you could work with any brand which would be top on your list? I would love to work with the Spanish kid’s brands like Mango and Zara and also international designers like Kenzo, Lagerfeld and Calvin Klein.
Which is your top fashion magazine/blog? Obviously, No1 has to be JSL and I also like Anon Kids magazine.
Which are your favourite fashion brands? For me, I like to wear Mango, Zara, Nike and Calvin Klein.
Which models do you look up to for inspiration? I think Kendall Jenner is beautiful and I also look up to lots of successful kid models for inspiration on Instagram like Poppy Daley, India Williams, Poppy Lou Hill and Izzy Lilly. There are so many lovely models on Instagram who are so supportive and encouraging.
What is your favourite item in your closet? My new ripped jeans from Mango Teen and my Jordans. ย I love casual clothes but also love to get dressed up for special occasions and photoshoots.
Who is your role model? I think Kendall Jenner because she worked hard to become a top model and not just use her family name.
Do you speak any languages? ย If so, which languages? I am English but I was born in Spain so I speak English and Spanish fluently. ย I am learning German at school but I am not very good at it.
If you could have 3 wishes, what would they be?
For Covid to end!
Become a successful model.
Have a pet Alpaca.
If you could meet anyone in the world who would it be? Billie Eilish โ I think she is the best!
What is your biggest dream? To be invited to watch the fashion shows in Paris and London or better still walk in them myself
What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy making TikTok videos โ usually dances or make-up. ย I especially like to do special effect makeup. ย I also spend time with all my pets as we have a farm with donkeys, goats, chickens and ducks and I have a dog and bunnies at home โ I love animals.
